Toy Bench Large Size

Solid wood and made in the USA. Perfect!

The piece I ordered was received on time and in perfect condition. It even came with a small paint sample for touch ups. It really is lovely and the color is exactly as I expected. We put the bench in our entryway for shoes. Now the entryway is organized and looks great. Finally, the piece is solid wood and handmade. Similar pieces from well-known brands were made of less quality for more money. If you are on the fence about purchasing from Sawdust City, take the leap! I am so glad I did.

The toy bench we bought to use as shoe storage in our front door area/dining room arived in good shape and in a timely way via Fed Ex. The bench is nice looking and the color (Elderberry -- all though not exactly as it looked online) is too. My one issue is that the "old" finish is a little too symmetrical for my taste, i.e. the edges are rubbed off a bit too consistently and perfectly to be authentic. I think the wear should appear more asymmetrical. But even with that, I like it and it meets our needs. A word to the wise- -there is a "saftey hinge" on the inside of the storage space, but it is only one side. After talking to customer service, I learned that it is supposed to be only on one side.
