Small Wood Locker - 50" H

Finish is a bit rough BUT they are really a great product for the price. Pack very well for shipping!

I must have looked at almost 50 lockers and this is the nicest in terms of construction. I gave it 4 stars though because the paint job is lacking. We got the cottage white and you can see through the paint. Barely one coat and cheap paint at that.

I found exactly what I was looking for. And to be able to pick from sooooo many colors was awesome. They look great and very sturdy.

Overall, this locker will do what we were intending, but our oldest is 8 and I fear he will grow out of this fairly quickly - his stuff is just going to be too bulky/big to fit inside! Also, we ordered white and the paint is a flat finish rather than glossy. Again I'm afraid it will get dirty very quickly! Not sure why that was their choice for paint!! Finally, there is just little craftsmanship imperfections. For example, on one side the shelf lines up with the edge of the cabinet and on the other side it sits back a little. I am a perfectionist in the things I create and therefore have a high standard for purchases. I would have expected a little higher quality for the $$.

We ordered 5 lockers to go in a mudroom and five cubbies to go on the wall across from the lockers. We got "old" colors (Wblue, red, gold, celery, and paprika). We love the look of the lockers. Also SDC included the hardware to attach them all together and pegs to cover the screws. It looks great and makes the mudroom so much more organized! However - here is my advice to someone looking for lockers. We ordered the short locker thinking it would fit on top of a bench we already owned. It fits the kids stuff perfectly, but for larger adult coats, it is a little small. I think I would have ordered a larger locker to put on top of the bench we own if I could do it again. Overall love them and we will just try to keep only one coat out at a time.
