I'm impressed with the customer service and the product is o.k. but I am disappointed that the sign that was to be done over looks exactly like the first one. I was under the impression that ordering a cream script would look a little different than white, but it is EXACTLY the same. I was told that the color would be darkened on the redo but it wasn't, so it looks rather harsh.

As always, we do our very best to work with our customers to give them exactly what they are looking for. Unfortunately, human error does occur from time to time with handmade products.(as in this case where we were going to use our cream paint vs our cream ink to give that deeper letter color and this step was missed) We strive to make things right, please give us a call so we can discuss options to correct our error.
