Description
The American Pine Skinny Shoe Cabinet is made of solid knotty pine, and is made to stand up to years of use! No thin metal tubes and plastic braces that fall apart when you place one pair of shoes on it, and no put-together particle board shelves that sag and loosen after a few months! Our solid pine shoe cabinet is heavy duty and you never have to worry that you’ve put too many shoes in it.
Flush sides mean our solid pine cabinets are ready to line up side-by-side and provide as much storage as you need. Combine with our other locker-style cabinets (standard, with door, corner, etc.), or benches, shelves, and other modular storage to create a complete storage and organization system for your mudroom, entryway, or walk-in closet!
If ordering multiple cabinets, let us know how you’d like them lined up so we can pre-drill holes and make it easier for you to attach them together. As with all weight-bearing furniture, these pieces should be secured to wall studs for safety. (We do not pre-drill holes for securing to the wall. Where you place your locker affects how it lines up to studs in your walls.)
American Pine Shoe Cabinets by Sawdust City do not use highly processed wood. The final look and finish is intended to be rustic and aged, with visible knots and other minor imperfections. Our OLD FINISH is a single coat of flat paint with distressed edges, for a warm aged feel. Our SOLID FINISH provides a more clean and modern look with two coats of flat paint and no distressing, but it is not like a veneer.

Skinny Shoe CAbinet
The cabinet is nice and of good quality, but sadly, shoes only fit in sideways (size 11) which is disappointing.

Spend the Extra $ you won’t regret ! American Made!!!
The cabinet is extremely well made. The whole pice ships and you just screw in the top & bottom. They sent a lovely sign freebie that I adore. The only issues I have is that I have to push the bottom to close which is annoying and I think I just has done bad luck. The paint didn’t come as I expected but that’s not their fault, every screen displays colors differently. I’m just going to repaint it and distress it myself cause I paint. No biggie, in all honesty I probably have anyway. It’s solid and they did an amazing job! I will pay the extra any day to avoid fake board and China Junk. Aside from the fact the door does not close on the top and bottom when I shut it and I have to use my foot for the bottom to close is my only complaint (I may be able to unscrew the inside magnet and not have the issue. I still rate this 5 stars. Customer service was superb and the quality is great!

Nice item--love the custom colors
So...the customizeability of these is fab! I knocked off one star for two reasons: one it took some ingenuity to get the cabinet door open (handle shipped inside) and the base paint isn't perfect. *However* I love the cabinet. It comes together really easily...the holes lined up perfectly. The paint job is really nice. I am really pleased with my purchase.
