Mitten Box

This solid wood mitten box is just darling! It's one of the first items we ever made. Much smaller than our Storage Benches, the Mitten Box continues to be a favorite, especially for children, who just love to have their own storage place for hats, mittens or treasures! You can choose to have your mitten box painted or stained plain, or with optional lettering on the seat, or with cutouts!

We do not use highly processed wood. Because of this, you can expect knots and minor imperfections that make each piece unique.

We use a flat water based paint for all our products.
Our "Old" finish is a single coat of paint with light distressing to create a warm, aged look.
Our "Solid" finish is two solid coats of paint with no distressing.
